How to place an order?

Choose your item, size, and click Add to Cart . Access your cart via the icon at the top right, then follow the steps to complete your order:

  1. Login or create an account (optional but recommended)
  2. Delivery address
  3. Choice of delivery method
  4. Secure payment by credit card or PayPal
What payment methods are available?
  • Bank card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Paypal

Payments are handled via Payplug , a 100% secure solution with SSL encryption and 3D Secure authentication. If your payment is declined, it may be due to a 3D Secure failure or a bank limit: contact your bank for more information.

Can I cancel or modify my order after validation?

No, once validated, the order can no longer be modified or cancelled.

📦 Delivery & Tracking

Where do you deliver and what are the delivery times?

We deliver to mainland France only .

  • Mondial Relay : 4 to 5 working days – €4.50 (free from €59)
  • Colissimo at home : 4 to 5 working days – free from €79

( Excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders processed within 48 hours. )


How do I track my order?

An email will be sent to you upon shipment with a tracking link depending on the carrier chosen.

I haven't received my package, what should I do?

If more than 7 working days have passed since dispatch, check the parcel tracking or contact our customer service at contact@bestform-lingerie.com .

🔁 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

How to make a return or exchange?

You have 30 days after receipt to return or exchange an item:

  1. Go here 👉 Bestform return form
  2. Select the items concerned, specify the reason for your return, choose between return or exchange.
  3. Download your free Mondial Relay label.
  4. Return your items (unworn, unwashed, with tags) in their packaging.


Are returns chargeable?

No, returns are free within 30 days via Mondial Relay.

When will I be reimbursed?

Reimbursement is made within 30 calendar days after receipt and validation of the returned products using the same payment method used to place the order.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, you can choose a size or item exchange through the same return form.

I received a defective or incorrect item. What should I do?

Contact our customer service immediately at contact@bestform-lingerie.com . We will send you a prepaid return label if necessary.

When will I be reimbursed?

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you can order as a "guest", but creating an account makes it easier to:

  • Order tracking
  • Returns and exchanges
  • Access to invoices

How do I care for my lingerie?

Hand wash recommended at 30°C or machine wash in a washing bag (if indicated on the label). Do not tumble dry.

At the beginning of 2024, we were unfortunately forced to suspend the marketing of the Bestform brand, following the liquidation of the company that distributed it.

We are fully aware that this situation may have created surprise, even frustration, and we wish to sincerely apologize for having had to abandon you so abruptly , without being able to support you as we would have wished.
