At Bestform, we strive to make your shopping experience simple, fast, and stress-free—from cart to mailbox, and beyond if you change your mind.

📍 Delivery areas

We currently deliver to mainland France only .
Deliveries to the French overseas departments and territories and internationally are not yet available.

⏱ Delivery times

Orders are prepared within 48 working hours .
Delivery times vary depending on the method chosen:

  • Mondial Relay (Relay Point) : 4 to 5 working days – €4.50
    👉 Free delivery for purchases over €59

  • Colissimo (Home delivery) : 4 to 5 working days
    👉 Free delivery for purchases over €79

⚠️ Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
During exceptional periods (sales, private sales, etc.), an additional one-day delay may apply.

📦 Order tracking

As soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking link .
You can also check the status at any time from your customer area:

🔎 Did you order without creating an account?
The tracking link for your order is included in the shipping confirmation email you received.
Remember to check your spam or promotional folders.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days after receiving your order to make a free return or request an exchange .

💡 How do I return an item or request an exchange?

  1. Visit our returns portal:
    👉 Make a return or exchange

  2. Select the item concerned and the reason for return

  3. Choose whether you want a refund or an exchange

  4. Download the free Mondial Relay label

  5. Drop off the package at a Mondial Relay collection point

🧾 Return conditions

  • Unworn, unwashed items, with tags and in original packaging

  • Return made within 30 days

  • A return slip must be included with the package.

💰 Refund

The refund is made to the initial payment method, within 30 calendar days after receipt and validation of the items.

🔄 Exchanges

We offer size or style exchanges via the same return form. The new item will be shipped as soon as your return is processed.

If you received a damaged product or a product that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us directly:
